What Is Pipe Cap?

Note for Measuring the Outer Circumference of the Pipe Cap:
Divide the outer circumference of the pipe cap into four equal parts and mark them on both the cylinder and the pipe cap. The pipe cap is formed by stamping steel plates during production, which generates corresponding stresses. Therefore, precise dimensions are necessary for installation.
Note for Welding:
Perform tack welding between the cover and the cylinder, selecting the welding points based on the specific diameter and thickness of the plate. After completing the initial tack welding, re-weld the joints. Dingjin will perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to check whether the welding is uniform and consistent.
