3PE coating steel pipe, also known as three-layer polyethylene coating, is a type of anti-corrosion coating used in the manufacture of steel pipe. It is a three-layer coating consisting of a fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) primer, an adhesive layer, and a polyethylene topcoat.
The FBE primer provides excellent adhesion to the steel surface, while the adhesive layer ensures optimal bonding between the primer and the topcoat. The polyethylene topcoat provides a barrier against chemical and corrosive elements, making the steel pipe highly durable and long-lasting.

3PE anti-corrosion coating generally consists of 3 layers:
The 1st layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100μm)
The 2nd layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250μm
The 3rd layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm
