Carbon Steel PPGI Coil

PPGI is the hot galvanized plate, hot plated aluminum zinc plate, electrogalvanized plate, etc., after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, and then baked and cured products. Because it is coated with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil named, referred to as PPGI.

PPGI are products made from hot-dip galvanized steel or electro-galvanized steel. After applying a layer of organic coating on the surface, it is then cured by baking. Color-coated steel coil has the characteristics of light weight, beautiful appearance, good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. Widely used in construction, decoration, home appliances and furniture industries.

Then the quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the coating standard is met. According to customer requirements, the color coated roll is cut into the appropriate length of the roll. Finally, the color coated rolls are packaged according to the packaging standards.
