The working principle of the flat steel finishing machine is that the Flat Bar wool is pre-calibrated and finally calibrated in the thickness direction by two sets of leveling wheels staggered up and down. A pair of finishing wheels arranged relative to each other are used to squeeze the width direction, so that the width is compressed to reach the expected parameters, and the compression amount can be adjusted. Five staggered straightening wheels were used to straighten its width. The system is mainly composed of control box, finishing press roller, pre-leveling unit, finishing unit and straightening unit.

Its production process can be summarized as: pre-leveling → finishing → straightening → after leveling. Flat steel /a/b 12-300mm wide, 4-60mm thick, rectangular section and slightly pure edge steel. Flat steel can be finished steel, but also can be used for welding pipe blank and thin slab for rolling sheet. Main uses: Flat steel as a material can be used for hoop iron, tools and mechanical parts, building used as structural parts of the frame, escalator
